To do this, the franchise hosts an annual reunion and awards ceremony to focus on successes and strategies for continued growth.

This year’s reunion, which was held in October in Denver, featured sessions on customer acquisition and retention, growing sales and recruiting employees, among others. The forum allowed franchisees to come together and learn from one another.

The Denver conference was capped with a spirit of celebration as awards were granted to outstanding franchisees and PAWprietors. Among the winners were California, Maryland for “Best in Show,” Highlands Ranch, Colorado for “Old Yeller” and Cherry Hill, New Jersey for “Upward Hound.”
