Mike Schreiber has understood what it is like to have a special companion animal ever since he adopted his first dog, Beamer, a Dalmatian in ‘93. After years of work in telecommunications in Chicago, Mike and his wife, Lisa, have moved from the Windy City to chart their own entrepreneurial journey through Wag N’ Wash Natural Food & Bakery.
The Schreibers are set to open a location in Broomfield, Colorado and an additional one in the state over the next few years. Mike is delighted to offer multi-pronged, specialty retail services to companion animals and their human owners. At Wag N’ Wash, we’ve carved a niche throughout Colorado with our focus on quality, all-natural ingredients, and our special in-house bakery offers paw-licking treats such as Pumpkin Ravioli, Liver Bites and a variety of other pies and baked goods.
“I’m committed to helping pet owners understand how important proper nutrition is to their pet companions, and Wag N’ Wash shares this same mission,” Mike says, “I’m comfortable and confident in knowing that I will provide pet products that are made with human-grade ingredients.”
One of the many attractive propositions of a Wag N’ Wash franchise is the community we create of like-minded human owners who cherish their dogs and cats as treasured animal companions. The Broomfield location will also include spa services, like most of our franchise stores, where dogs and cats can be pampered and well cared for.
The Schreibers have picked a great time to buy into the Wag N’ Wash franchise concept. Market research has shown that by 2020, the U.S. pet industry is expected to reach a whopping $96 billion in sales. Such impressive potential means tails wagging for companion animals and plenty of room to grow for franchise owners like the Schreibers.
