Company officials have confirmed the program’s newest features are designed and hosted by Insight out of Chaos, a Miami-based database marketing company. The advancements allow Franchise Owners with Wag N’ Wash to record and follow the trends of their customers through the renewed marketing platform, company officials said. By utilizing the data collected by existing CRM tools, updates to the Wag N’ Wash loyalty program will provide more guests with tailored deals, vouchers, and coupons relating to their recurring companion’s needs and wants.
In addition, the updates can help continue and increase ticket totals and develop a better architecture for purchasing behavior.

Already popular in locations across the West, including in its headquarters of Colorado Springs, Wag N’ Wash Natural Food & Bakery is continuing its steady march into the hearts and minds of companion animals and their human owners. The franchise will now open a specialty pet retail destination in Lakeville, Minnesota with local couple Jon and Natalie Wagner leading the charge.
Much like the other Wag N’ Wash stores, the Lakeville location, planned for a late October opening, will offer self-serve wash and full service grooming options for furry friends. The store will also be stocked with all-natural foods and treats for the discerning companion animal, soon making it a go-to destination for the area. Wag N’ Wash locations also feature an in-house bakery that churns out delectable delights such as Liver Bites and Pumpkin Ravioli and pies, cakes and muffins that can be customized for special friends.
