Love for our animal companions is at the core of everything we do at Wag N’ Wash. It all began with founders Dan and Jef’s Dalmatian named Geni. Dan and Jef were stuck in demanding corporate roles that required lots of time away from home, and, subsequently, limited time with Geni.

They knew that there could be a better way to do life: a job that supported them financially, fulfilled them professionally and helped them achieve the work-life balance they’d been dreaming of.

That’s when the idea for Wag N’ Wash was born.

Investing their own time, skills and income, Jef and Dan began the planning and development process to bring Wag N’ Wash to life. In 1999, they opened their first location as a self-serve dog wash with an in-house bakery. Over the years, this first location expanded to included retail and accommodate more needs and foot traffic. Customers couldn’t get enough of Wag N’ Wash’s all-natural baked treats, proprietary shampoos and incredible service – that’s when Jef and Dan began planning how to grow Wag N’ Wash even further.

In 2006, Wag N’ Wash began a successful series of partnerships with franchise owners, and the rest is history. Now, Wag N’ Wash delivers retail products, pet washes with proprietary shampoos and conditioners, all-natural, baked-in-house treats with human-grade ingredients and pet grooming to nearly 20 markets nationwide.
