Wag N’ Wash is looking to expand its Denver footprint as we open our doors to our 8th Colorado-based location! Located at 1150 W. Baptist Rd in Monument, the new location is slated to open in March and will be owned and operated by John and Julie Carros, who ultimately plan to open at least two locations total in the area over the next several years.
“We are thrilled to bring Wag ’N Wash to the neighborhood,” said John Carros, who will own and operate the Monument store with his wife Julie. “Our pets are cherished members of our family and we aim to provide a one-stop shop where pet owners can wash ‘em, feed ‘em, and spoil ‘em all in one cool place.”
The pet industry is growing rapidly and there appears to be no end in sight. According to the American Pet Products Association (APPA), the pet industry is expected to hit over $72 billion in 2018 after reaching higher than $69 billion in 2017. In fact, the pet industry has seen steady growth EVERY YEAR since 1994.
As pet ownership continues to rise with the general population, these numbers should only increase. Consumers make it a point to treat their furry friends to just about anything that’s available to them and with Wag N’ Wash’s one-stop shops, the overall convenience is just too good to pass up!
